The Take 2 Minutes 3 Good Things exercise is a 15 day exercise that you complete once per day, for 15 days;
ideally each day just before bedtime.
Take 2 Minutes held a focus group in March of 2022 that included 12 participants who each showed a negative
mindset during the initial Modified Differential Emotions Scale questionnaire. Each participant then completed
a 15 day 3 Good Things exercise along with 21 days of gratitude journaling. At the end of the 31 day study,
11 of the 12 participants showed a significant increase in positivity with the average improvement being a
