I have been loving the service you have been providing. It has helped me in the sense that it has been keeping centered and in the present. I have noticed when my mind starts to wander that the negative thoughts dont last as long.
I am grateful for Take 2 Minutes to help me think positively and grateful, thank you!
I'm a 20-year healthcare provider, you have been very very helpful and I like that the app doesn't scream out at me; I can choose to look at the text or not it's very comforting. There's a lot of insightful dynamics that might not be obvious to someone suffering from anxiety and who's not self-aware but I really mean it I appreciate it thank you for your message I hope you have a good day.
I love seeing your messages come through each day. They often hit something I needed. I shared a message the other day with my teenage nephew. It was very timely for him.
I want to say that I am very thankful for this service that you provide. When things are tough and your mind is crowded with troubles, it can be difficult to remember that there are better days. This service butts into the middle of all those troubles and asks me to remember and focus on the way those good days felt.
I love the dream journal! It is much better than I expected an online dream journal could be!
I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.
I enjoy the text-based system that Take2Minutes uses. It's a more reliable reminder than if it were an app on my phone I had to remember to check in every day with or even if they gave me a notification. I feel like since it's a text, even if I wipe away the notification it's still there when I open my messages app. It's not like a regular app notification where I swipe it away and it's gone forever and I forget about it.
Your gratitude challenge has helped me significantly. No therapist, psychiatrist, group, or has helped me in the past 20 years like as much as what your website has done in the past month. You're worth every dollar of donation subscription. If I meet someone who needs assistance in the future I will definitely suggest your website. Thank you.
