1 So far I have enjoyed the daily quick messages. They have all been wise and common sense messages many of which I have not thought about recently.

4 Your programs have been a lifesaver! I am going through a very difficult time. I don't know how I came across Take 2 Minutes but it seriously was a blessing. 6 I love the daily messages that gives me something to center my mind with when the negative takes hold. I'm sure this is the same for many many other people.
7 I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.
8 This meditation changed my thoughts about forgiveness. I have so much going on I felt that I needed to forgive others for hurting me when in reality I've hurt others as well. I don't always listen to meditations and something told me to listen to this one. Thank you
9 I am loving your app. Thank you for the hard work in putting this together. I am on day 6 and find that being reminded to be grateful each day for what I have and for what I experience each day is steering me away from negative thoughts.
