The Exercise

At any time you can request a gratitude journal link, a "gratjo link", via text by texting "send me a gratjo link", or by signing in. Use the form to enter something for which you are grateful. Explain in as much detail as you have time for specifically why you are grateful.

Hint: Writing about people you are grateful for tends to be more powerful than writing about objects or things.

We can text you reminders to make entries at the days and times you choose. This is the recommended practice because the reminders encourage the practice.

You can even make Gratitude Journal entries with a simple Text Message! Once you are a member, send a text to us that begins with: 'I am grateful for' and we will place the entire message into your gratitude journal.
