How to Cancel

We are sad to see you go, but if you are ready to cancel your Take 2 Minutes subscription, there are three options.

(1) you can simply text the word STOP back to our chatbot. Texting the single word STOP, not only immediately cancels your account, but also blocks us from ever contacting you again.

(2) if you think that, at some point in the future, you may want to come back, then the above option #1 may be too harsh. In this instance, use the phrase "I want to cancel" (without quotes).

(3) Alternatively, you have the option of cancelling and removing your personally identifiable information (PII) from our database. This is essentially your name, telephone number, and email address. To perform this action, you must first sign in to your account and head to your profile page. On your profile page, you will see a link for [delete my data]. Just click the link and you will be asked the common "are you sure?" question. For more information about deleting your PII, visit our delete my data information page.

All of the above options will also cancel any recurring payments that have been setup.
