For many of our activities, such as daily Meditations and Gratitude Journaling, you can set up days and times to receive reminders from our system so you never miss a practice.
Ease Into It
Similar to any activity, you can burn out, even with positivity. Your positivity practice should be a meaningful one rather than a chore. Consider alternating days for exercises to ease yourself into the process. For example, Gratitude Journal on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Meditation on Mondays and Fridays will establish a good cadence without leading to you being overwhelmed.
Sometimes a little motivation from friends or family can help. You can always setup a group, invite your friends or family to the group, and you can turn on "Activity Summary Viewable by All". This will allow everyone in your group to see activities being completed by others and sometimes that offers all of you a little motivation.
